FAQ

How much space do I need? +
You need a minimum of approximately 10 ft wide × 15 ft deep with 9 ft ceiling clearance. Indoors or outdoors both work great — a garage, patio, backyard, or event hall all qualify.
Do I need a power outlet? +
Yes — we need access to a standard 110V outlet. We bring the rest. If your space doesn’t have power nearby, contact us and we can discuss generator options.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Spring and summer weekends book up fast — don’t wait!
Do guests need to know how to golf? +
Not at all! The simulator is beginner-friendly and our attendant will guide everyone through it. It’s one of the rare activities that works for golfers and total beginners equally.
Do you travel outside Austin? +
Yes — we serve the greater Austin area including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, and more. Contact us with your location and we’ll confirm availability.
What’s your cancellation policy? +
